QUESTION: How can I use the service?

ANSWER:  

• You can use this service by dialing 757[Friend¿s number] e.g. 7570803200xxxx; and select the voice you want to speak with after a successful subscription to the service.

QUESTION: Do I need a particular handset to use the MTN Magic Voice?
ANSWER: 

• No, MTN Magic Voice will work on any mobile phone.

QUESTION: Can I change my voice to other voices while speaking to a friend?
ANSWER:

• Yes! You can press 1, 2, 3 or 4 to change to any of the available voice options. Some of the voice options you have are a male; a female, a bug bunny, a child, etc. 

QUESTION: Can I change back to my normal voice while speaking to my friend?
ANSWER: 

• Yes! During the call, just press 0. And your friend will hear your normal voice.

QUESTION: What are the languages supported by Magic Voice?
ANSWER:

•  Currently MTN Magic Voice is only supported in English.

QUESTION: How much does the service cost?

ANSWER:

• N150 per month
• N50 per week
• N10 per day

QUESTION: How can I subscribe to the service?
ANSWER:

• Via IVR: By calling the Short Code 757 and following the voice prompts
• Via SMS: By sending MV1 for daily, MV7 for weekly and MV30 for monthly subscription to 757
• Via USSD: By dialing *757*1# for daily, *757*2# for weekly and *757*3# for monthly subscription
