Shia LaBeouf has been hospitalised following a stunt going wrong on-set.
The actor was on the set of his latest film American Honey when the stunt went turned out badly.
It has been said that the star went to a nearby hospital.
LaBeouf received 20 stitches and 13 staples to his head and his right index finger while filming a movie in North Dakota, report TMZ.
The website also state that LaBeouf was shooting a scene which had him to put his head through a glass window. This is when something went wrong and the actor cut himself.
LaBeouf is scheduled to restart filming on Thursday.
A rep for the actor said Shia "sustained minimal injuries late last night on the set of his current film. As protocol, production sought out medical attention and Shia received stitches on his hand and for a laceration on his head. He is due back on set tomorrow."
This news follows a series of bizarre incidents involving the actor.
Earlier this year, LaBeouf had another court appearance.
The controversial actor arrived at Manhattan criminal court in a grey suit, while keeping a bit of his edgy style with that rattail and an eyebrow piercing.
He pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, one count of trespass, one count of criminal trespass and harassment in the second degree last September, and was ordered to get alcohol treatment.
It came after he was arrested for interrupting a Broadway performance of Cabaret starring Michelle Williams and Alan Cumming, where he was accused of 'screaming at performers'.
