Review: iWhite instant teeth whitening kit and toothpaste

IMG_3496
I don’t know about you, but I’m always saying I need to brighten up my smile.
One day I might actually pay to get it done at the dentists, but I just don’t see myself splashing that much cash for something that will force me to only eat white food for week. My stomach isn’t ready for that limitation.
So when I was able to get a free pack of the iWhite instant teeth whitening kit, I was pretty delighted to give it a try.You can wear the disposable trays for 20 minutes a day for five days in a row to see results and with ten trays in each kit you have the option to work on your top and bottom row or just focus on a single row at different times.
The way the trays fit onto your teeth means you get the whitening effect on both the front and back of the tooth which is pretty handy if you ask me.
While I didn’t quite go eight shades whiter, there was enough of a change in my teeth for my mother to point it out on the fourth night.
I also think using it in conjunction with the brand’s toothpaste might have helped as well. But like many whitening toothpastes, i find the formula far too weak to use alone so I had to use my normal toothpaste and then brush again for the whitening effect.
Verdict: This is definitely a good quick fix method that you can use at home to get a slightly whiter smile. I’ll totally be buying a few packs to use before big events in 2015.
Sorry I don’t have a before and after pictures of my teeth but I accidentally deleted them *covers face in shame*
You can give the kit a try from Boots or Asos!
